We regret we are unable to accommodate children under 11 years old.

A minimum stay is two nights.
For Bank or Public Holidays a minimum stay is three nights.
We request Saturday to Saturday bookings from 19th July to 13th September.

To secure a booking a deposit of one night is required.
None refundable if a booking is cancelled and we are unable to re-let.
We strongly recommend insurance against possible cancellation since accommodation cancelled will be charged if unable to re-let.

For the comfort of all our guests Porthminster View is a non-smoking establishment.

Guests are given a key on arrival and have unrestricted access to their room.
On leaving, rooms to be vacated by 10.00am so that the room
is available for the next guest by 2.00pm.

Open all year excluding Christmas.

New Year's Eve, Easter, May, and Bank Holidays are at High Season Rates.
